WolfPak.ai Makes Leadership Learnable

The tool for good bosses and a better working environment: WolfPak.ai has launched its digital companion for the next generation of leaders.

Zürich, 30th May 2024. Recent statistics highlight a significant challenge in the workplace: 57% of employees quit their jobs due to their bosses, while 64% Millennial leaders feel unprepared for their leadership tasks. This gap between leadership needs and available resources results in high turnover, unhappy employees, and decreased productivity, costing the world economy 8,1 Trillion USD per year, according to Gallup's State of the Global Workplace Report.

With the fast-paced evolution of work environments, leaders face new challenges daily and need quick, reliable advice. WolfPak.ai, founded by Swiss entrepreneurs Diana Engetschwiler (former Co-CEO digitalswitzerland) and Katia Murmann (former Management Team Blick-Group, Ringier Global Media), aims to bridge this gap.

WolfPak.ai is a personal leadership companion, empowering the next generation of leaders through a mobile app based on generative AI. The app combines high-quality content with cutting-edge technology, measuring individual skills using the scientific “Inner Development Goals Framework”. It then offers a personalized training plan and an AI coach trained using content from world leading experts in leadership development.

“WolfPak's exceptional ability to integrate AI, leadership, and human interaction is unmatched and has been a game-changer for GuestReady”, states Josh Stevens, Global People Operations and Director at GuestReady,  a client of WolfPak. “As we embrace the next evolution of HR and technology, WolfPak is leading the way.”.

WolfPak equips leaders with the tools and advice needed to make tough decisions and navigate complex team dynamics effectively, promoting team success. Pascal Jenny, president of the Swiss Handball Association, states: "We embrace the next generation of leaders. With WolfPak's expertise and scientific assessments, we've been able to strategically evaluate our team composition and set clear, actionable leadership goals. Their partnership has been invaluable in shaping a promising future for our team."

To mark its launch, WolfPak is partnering with One Young World Switzerland and has presented its product at the One Young World National Congress in Zurich at the iconic Circus Knie, attended by over 170 young leaders. "The world needs better leaders to solve the large-scale problems we face today," says Katia Murmann, Co-Founder of WolfPak.ai. "Our mission is to make leadership learnable for the next generation." Diana Engetschwiler, Co-Founder and former professional Swiss Volleyball National Team player, adds: "Learning leadership is like learning a sport. It's crucial to get the moves right from day one. That's why WolfPak is essential for all leaders."
